Return Policy
You have the flexibility to change or cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. If you have already received your item, you can return it to us within – 2 days. To qualify for a return, your item must be in the condition you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase. You must receive a return code from returns@nowa.co.in prior to return.
In case your order is damaged or lost during transit, we will resend your order at no additional cost.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it right away. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately on returns@nowa.co.in. We will assess the situation and correct any issues.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 7 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
